FINN is an operations platform currently in early testing. During this phase, FINN directly sends SMS and voice communications to a small group of operational testers — employees, drivers, and operational contacts — who have been directly onboarded by FINN and have provided explicit consent to receive these messages.

FINN is the sole sender of all messages under this program. FINN does not currently operate as a messaging platform for third-party businesses.
Shift briefings, dispatch instructions, receiving and quality-control alerts, operational status updates, and operational coordination. No marketing. No promotional content. No third-party content.
