Terms of Service

Last updated: April 16, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FINN's operational messaging program ("Service"). By opting in, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

FINN provides operational SMS and voice communications to individuals who have been directly onboarded by FINN and who have explicitly opted in. Messages include shift briefings, dispatch instructions, receiving and quality-control alerts, operational status updates, and coordination between team members. FINN does not send marketing or promotional content under this program.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to receive operational communications at the phone number you provide. You are responsible for any carrier charges associated with receiving messages.

3. Consent and Opt-out

Consent to receive messages is provided by completing the opt-in form at fintail.net/opt-in. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for assistance.

4. Privacy

Use of the Service is subject to the Privacy Policy, which describes how FINN collects, uses, and protects your information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to harass, defraud, or transmit unlawful content. FINN reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for violations.

6. No Warranty

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. FINN does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free delivery of messages and is not liable for carrier delays, outages, or missed deliveries.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FINN's liability arising from or related to the Service is limited to direct damages not to exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100).

8. Changes

FINN may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
