This Privacy Policy explains how FINN ("FINN," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, and protects information about individuals ("you") who opt in to receive SMS and voice communications from FINN.

FINN is the sole sender of all messages under this Privacy Policy. FINN is currently in early testing and does not operate as a messaging platform on behalf of third-party businesses. All recipients are individuals directly onboarded by FINN.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information you provide solely to deliver operational communications and related platform services. Operational communications include shift briefings, dispatch instructions, receiving and quality-control alerts, operational status updates, and coordination between team members.

We do not use your information for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not send marketing messages under this opt-in.

3. SMS Program Details

We retain your contact information for as long as you remain opted in and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes. Message logs are retained in accordance with applicable carrier and regulatory requirements.

6. Your Choices
